Trent S. Kelso
My job is to help you find answers to your case strategy problems. To do that, I'll start by asking you to tell me the concerns you have about your case and what you hope to accomplish through jury consulting. Then, we will work together to start finding answers.
My clients describe my working style as flexible and collaborative--not snooty or academic. I believe that a cooperative working style generates the largest amount of helpful and practical information for you as my client. However, I am not afraid to deliver bad news when you need to hear it.
Prior to going out on my own, I spent 11 years at DecisionQuest, where I was a Vice President, and at FTI Consulting, where I was a Managing Director and headed the firm's national jury consulting practice. I have a Master’s degree in Organizational Psychology from The Claremont Graduate School, in Claremont, California, and a BA in Human Communication from San Diego State University. Over my career, I have consulted on hundreds of cases venued throughout 47 states, 3 U.S. territories, and the District of Columbia.
