Focus groups

Focus groups are less structured than mock trials and are designed to explore jurors’ preliminary reactions to a case or specific issues that may bear upon it.  Research presentations may be formatted in any one of many different ways and participants are led through discussions by a moderator.  Participants do not deliberate to verdict.  Learn More


Trial simulations

Trial simulations are complex, multi-day projects featuring opening statements, witness examinations, exhibit testing and closings. These exercises typically run three to five days and use four or six panels of surrogate jurors. Learn More
